Schedule Procedure:
  1. Contact opposing coach and agree on a day that will work, your age group commissioner is the source of contact information for the other teams in your league
  2. E-mail the TC Scheduler at tc-soccer-scheduler@gardini.net be sure to CC the other coach including the following information -
  3. In your request propose ranges in time, e.g. early AM, Noonish, late afternoon, etc.; if you get too specific and that specific time is not available your reqeust will be rejected and you will need to submit again
Format is critical, please follow this example:

"U12B T&C Sharks (home) vs. T&C Dynamos (visitor) for 9/16 around noon"

If this is an interleague game (CAYSA/STYSA) then the age group coordinator needs to be notified of the change also as the TC Scheduler only manages the online schedule for the TC Soccer Complex.

There are no guarantees that your request will be honored for various reasons such as field availability and TC Optimist blackout dates but know we will do everything we can to make it work out.

Cancellation / Reschedule Procedure:
  1. After negotiating an alternative game time with the opposing coach contact the referee assignor at tcsoccerassignor@yahoo.com, be sure to CC the tc-soccer-scheduler@gardini.net and the other coach
  2. Using a format similar to above identify the game and time that is being cancelled and then a second line identifying the proposed change to time. Here is an example -

    CANCEL - "U12B T&C Sharks (home) vs. T&C Dynamos (visitor) on 9/16 at 2:45 on Field #4"

  3. ADD - "U12B T&C Sharks (home) vs. T&C Dynamos (visitor) for 9/16 early morning"

  4. The referee assignor will review the request against the abuse rules, e.g. number of requests by team, etc. and respond accordingly to the Scheduler
  5. The Scheduler will then notify the requestor of the outcome and update the schedule on the website accordingly no later than the Tuesday before the weekend of the game event
